After having to postpone once because of rain, this mama was blessed with the most stunning spring evening on Cape Cod! It was 65 degrees, not too windy, and the most perfect sunset maternity photoshoot. What a precious way to pause and think about baby and the new life waiting just around the corner!

This next year of story-telling for this precious family is going to be such fun! If the laughter we enjoyed on the beach tonight is any indication we’re going to have fun! I can’t wait till baby girl joins the fam and we do her newborn session. Then we’ll head out to celebrate her major milestones. She’ll learn to sit (around 6 months) and turn one whole year old! It’s so fascinating to watch just how incredibly a baby grows from day one and just one cell to a whole entire human being with rolls, cute giggles and discovering all the fascinations in the world!

Perhaps we can even match this beautiful maternity sunset photoshoot and do her 6-month photos here. Wouldn’t that be gorgeous!? We’ll see! So many possibilities!
