I don’t know about you, but my kids absolutely love hearing stories about where we lived and what we used to do when they were born! I’m always thrilled when a family wants to document “a day in the life of…” or some snippets of their lives at this special stage.

The D Family live in a very cool spot in Boston, within sight of some iconic buildings and spots, and have many stories and adventures related to their time here, especially now that they have Kevin! Walks in the city, and to the park, and more wonderful adventures to come in the future!

I hope that one day Kevin will look back on these times that he won’t be able to remember himself, looking at the photos, and asking for alllll the stories! Bedtime stories about what they used to see and do and hear in the city!  In fact, right as we were walking back from the park, a Boston Fire Department fire truck went racing past, horns blaring, and Kevin made a face to let us know his displeasure but promptly ignoring it and going back to snoozeville, memories of the sounds of the park lulling him back to sleep. Of course, it won’t be long from now when fire trucks and all their sounds will be the coolest things ever!

D family, thank you for a wonderful, wonderful time – it was such fun chatting as we wandered around the city, making memories as we went. It was an honor to photograph you! You are a great family, and I hope to see you again some day soon!
