I’m so proud to announce that Caryn Scanlan Photography was voted #1 Photographer in the Readers’ Choice Awards! Such a privilege and an honor, and I can’t thank my family, friends and clients enough for their continued support. In the 6 1/2 years that I’ve specialized in Maternity, Birth and Newborn Photography I’ve formed such special bonds with my clients, and have been privileged to meet many precious, brand new little people and their lovely families! What a joy it is to have a vocation that is dear to my heart, and that allows me to be home with my kids to homeschool them and still follow this dream that is so important to me. Photography is something that became dear to my heart when I left all my family behind in South Africa to live in the US with my husband who is from MA. I wanted to preserve every precious moment that my mom and family were missing, and share with them so they could know my sweet babies. And out of that, Caryn Scanlan Photography and the specialty in Maternity, Birth and Newborn was born.
